At least 12 state attorneys general plan to challenge the health care bill once it's signed into law by President Obama. Robert Siegel talks to Ken Cuccinelli, attorney general of Virginia, who is planning to file a lawsuit challenging what he calls the "unconstitutional overreach" of the health care legislation. Virginia, Other States To Sue Over Health Care Bill
So we all heard about the health care plan that President obama is going to sign right. well apparently 12 states want to sue over the health care plan.. its s short article. but i mean its crazy how this is going its suppose to be a good thing. come on.. Europe is doing fine on this system.
