Children Need Sleep
Of course we already know who needs more sleep and that's children. Children need more sleep than ever about eight hours a day. If a child does not have enough sleep, then they may have prenatal origins. What does this mean? This means that when a child does not get enough sleep they become associated with obesity, depressive symptoms, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and poor neurobehavioral functioning. I think that this is true because my boyfriend's little brother does not sleep until late. Probably til 2 in the morning, no one gives him that authority that is needed at his age. I think that it's very important that every child gets their rest because it will end up biting them in the ass later on in the future. Results demonstrate that among children born healthy and at full-term, a linear relationship exists between smaller body size at birth and poorer sleep quality eight years from birth.

Expectant Mothers ..Exercise!
So, I think that it's very obvious what expecting mother's should do. That is to exercise! I know not like like lifting weights, but the calm aerobics or even yoga will help you and your baby's health. Physicians should recommend low to moderate levels of exercise to their pregnant patients, even if they have not exercised prior to pregnancy. According to this review article, exercise can strengthen and improve overall musculoskeletal and physiologic health as well as pregnancy related symptoms. Exercise such as aerobics, impact and nonimpact activities, resistance training and swimming: •eases back and other musculoskeletal pain;
•lowers maternal blood pressure;
•reduces swelling; and
•improves post-partum mood, including sadness.
How awesome is that? I now know in the future, to not be a lazy butt while I'm pregnant just because I feel fat. haha I think this is awesome and exercising helps mothers in a lot of ways.

Children..Enjoy Peanuts!
I found yet another great article on ScienceDaily (I feel like I'm promoting for them sometimes) because I love their articles. I found one about how Children could receive a treatment to avoid their allergy to peanuts (long term)In my past experience, I think peanuts are what most people are allergic to? Am I wrong? It's a usual thing in my case of experience. haha A carefully administered daily dose of peanuts has been so successful as a therapy for peanut allergies that a select group of children is now off treatment and eating peanuts daily, report doctors at Duke University Medical Center and Arkansas Children's Hospital. Isn't that great? I don't think this is just for peanuts though, I think that they could unravel just about anything that somebody is allergic to. This procedure is not currently recommended for patients as it has not been fully tested, and it should never be attempted without full medical supervision. Tests of several immunologic indicators suggest the body builds tolerance quickly. What will scientists come up with next?!
