Cereal & Milk

Who would have thought that the most important meal of the day is more important than we think? I read about how cereal and milk are actually important factors when it comes to sports. Of course, I do not think that all cereals are considered healthy. I just read that grain cereal is really good for you and for people who play sports. I guess they're doing studies on what really is good for people who play sports, and how it benefits them. It's pretty much common sense if you really think about it. Here is a little insight on what they wrote: A bowl of whole-grain cereal is as good as a sports drink for recovery after exercise. New research has shown that the readily available and relatively inexpensive breakfast food is as effective as popular, carbohydrate-based "sports drinks."
